The title of this chapter is not only intended to draw the reader's attention. It turns out that during a hypnosis session, you are the hypnotist and psychotherapist simply to help you. Hypnosis, which many people are afraid, amounts to a de facto self-hypnosis. Nobody can hypnotize you without your consent.
I would learn maybe you fall into hypnosis several times a day without knowing it. The trance state is a natural psychic. We enter this state when we press the button of an elevator, sitting behind the wheel or looking out the window of a train. Have you ever forget to stop at a subway station says? If yes, at this point you were trying to think deeply, focusing your attention inward and not toward the outside world. This state, in which the individual performs automatically each gesture until he turns his attention on something else, is that self-hypnosis.
