Precautions with Shiitake, Maitake, Rishi

As a precaution, it is best not to take this kind of product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Similarly, we avoid giving children.

Shiitake and Maitake may cause digestive problems or allergies.

Rishi is a subject not for people who are taking anticoagulants or surgery is recommended. Possible side effects include diarrhea, bleeding from the nose or itching, dryness of the mouth, throat or nose.
