Precautions with Shiitake, Maitake, Rishi

These mushrooms are grown in China and Japan. They are sold dried, such as crush, or powder, which is then packaged in capsules. In France, fresh shiitake are sold in Chinese grocery stores.
In dietary supplements, and are often associated with these three fungi. Assays vary greatly depending on the product. Rishi is based sometimes on standardized concentrations of beta-D-glucan in the amount of 10%.
